Billy Howard Austin, age 89 of Carrollton, passed away April 14, 2018. He was born July 03, 1928 in Greenville, South Carolina, son of the late William Oscar Austin and Elizabeth Coleman Austin.
He proudly served in the United States Army and retired from the State University of West Georgia where he worked as a chef.
In keeping with his family’s wishes, his body will be cremated and no service is planned at this time.
