Do you have chickens and a desire to sell your eggs off your farm? Then the Carroll County UGA Extension office has the perfect program for you, an Egg Candling Class.

In order to sell eggs in the state of Georgia, the seller must have an egg candling license from the Department of Agriculture.

Carroll County Extension hopes to host a program, in which a minimum of 25 participants will be able to obtain the necessary license for off farm egg sales.

The program will run about 4 hours during a weekday during late August or September.

Class date and time cannot be set until minimum participation requirements have been met.
