Frances was a “jack of all trades” and truly enjoyed everything that life had to offer. She was always willing to extend a helping hand to anyone in need, loved working in her flowers and doing yard work and enjoyed crafts of all kind. She was totally devoted to her husband Cleo and her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and truly enjoyed spending time with them. She was a very active member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. She leaves behind many beautiful and loving memories for her family and her many friends. She truly had a “life well lived”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo A. Willis on April 16, 2017; five brothers, James Lancaster, Robert Lancaster, Hugh Lancaster, Albert Lancaster and Howard Lancaster; four sisters, Lillie Mae Lancaster, Rosie Lee Lancaster, Ruby Spinks and Clara Whitaker.
