The 52nd Annual Farm-City Banquet was held recently highlighting the rural resources of Carroll County. Hosted by the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, three annual awards were presented following an address by keynote speaker Ryan Ayers, Carroll County Young Farmers advisor.  Ayers gave a presentation on beekeeping.
