CARROLLTON, GA – The Abraham Baldwin Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution presented Carrollton High School senior Elliott Basil the chapter’s Excellence in Community Service award Thursday at the club’s meeting at Brookdale Carrollton.

Elliott, the son of David and Elizabeth Basil of Carrollton,  is an Eagle Scout, a wrestler for the Trojans and an intern in the Southwire Engineering Academy.
