The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will hold an emergency special called meeting April 3, 2020, at 4:00 pm via teleconference to consider hazard pay for front line employees in response to the Governor’s most recent shelter in place order. 

Due to the public health emergency, the meeting will be held via teleconference and the meeting will stream on the County’s website.
