Juanita Antoinette Williamson Daniel, age 104 of Carrollton, passed away May 4, 2020. She was born February 26, 1916 in Carroll County, Georgia, daughter to the late Elijah Williamson and Mattie Arnold Williamson.
She retired from Tanner Medical Center and was a member of Moore’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Daniel, Sr.; daughter, Annie Rene Farley; sisters, Violet Williamson, Annie Stegall and her husband, Sherman, and Lillian Williamson Powers; and brothers, Hugh Lee Williamson, Timothy Williamson, and Umon Williamson.
She is survived by her children, James Daniel Jr. of Carrollton, Barbara and Larry Reid of Carrollton, Curtis and Cassandra Daniel of Ocala, FL, Frances Dukes and her late husband, Johnny B. of Bowdon, Christine Daniel of Carrollton, Calvin Daniel of Carrollton, Cobina and Alton Jones of Carrollton, and Mazella and Howard Bentley of Bremen; a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
In accordance with the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines, a graveside service will be conducted Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 1:00 PM from Carrollton City Cemetery with Bishop Curtis Daniel officiating.
