Donna Wells, 63, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia. She was born on August 1, 1961, in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of Jewell Tomes Boswell and the late Donald Boswell.
In addition to her father, Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dwight Wells, and her life partner, William Bunch.
Donna leaves behind a loving family that includes her mother, Jewell Boswell; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher Wells and Megan Shoup-Wells; daughter, Stephanie Wells (Cheyenne Taylor); and brothers and sisters-in-law, Dan and Lynn Boswell, Ron and Rita Boswell, Tim and Janna Boswell, and Michael and Beverly Boswell. She also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren and many adored nieces and nephews.
In her younger days, Donna enjoyed bowling and the camaraderie it brought. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, reminiscing over memories filled with love and laughter.
Donna will be interred at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, Kentucky, in the upcoming days.
