Mark Garrett Allen, age 57, of Bowdon passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at his residence. He was born, April 18, 1960, son of the late Dorsey Allen and Mary Ruth Garrett Allen. He was a member of the Sovereign Savior Church of Bremen.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carole Herren.

Survivors include his wife, Dera Dingler Allen of Bowdon; a son and his wife, Nathaniel and Jordan Allen of Lookout Mountain; a sister, Claire Allen of Tallapoosa and a broher and sister-in-law, Robert and Brenda Allen of Bremen.

Arrangement conference scheduled for 2:00 PM on Sunday.
