William “Billy” David Rowland, age 52, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023. He was born on July 1, 1971, in Atlanta, Georgia, and married the love of his life, Christi Brown Rowland.
In addition to his loving wife, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, his parents, Larry Harmon Rowland and Patricia Cosby Rowland; brother, James Daniel Rowland; son & daughter-in-law, Tyler & Christian Thornhill; grandchildren, Liberty Abigail Doublet; Rowland Shelby Thornhill; granddaughter on the way, Juniper Jay Thornhill; and many nieces, nephews, and his “little buddy,” Weston James Strickland.
Billy was Director of Commercial Products at RathGibson for many years; and a business partner of BigBrand-Aid, and Endless Bounds Daycare. While he had a very successful career, the legacy he leaves is one of a devoted husband, loving father, exceptional grandfather, caring son, and loyal brother. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
