Raise your garden to new heights

Apr 4, 2026

Did you know?

The atoms in your body are incredibly old. Most of the carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and other elements that make you up were forged inside stars billions of years ago through nuclear fusion. When those stars died—often in massive explosions called supernovae—they scattered these elements into space, where they eventually became part of new stars, planets, and living things.

In a very literal sense, you are made of stardust.

Bonus fact: The calcium in your bones, the iron in your blood, and the oxygen you breathe all originated from processes that occurred inside ancient stars.
