Six CHS seniors recognized at Military Signing Day

Six Carrollton High School seniors were recognized on May 4 at Military, Academic, and Future Educator Signing Day to celebrate their commitments to joining the armed forces.

Christian Duboirant signed to join the Georgia Army National Guard; Aaron Holden enlisted in the United States Army; Erick Perez Montenegro signed with the United States Marine Corps; Christian Gomez, Jayden Palmer, and De’quantae Tucker enlisted in the United States Navy.

CHS Principal Dr. Ian Lyle congratulated the students on this significant milestone in their lives.

“We are proud of these students for enlisting in our armed forces,” said Lyle. “Each has worked hard throughout their time at Carrollton High School, and we are honored that they will take the skills that they have learned and apply them to serve our country.”
