Shirley Ann McRae Mashburn, age 68 of Carrollton, passed
away Wednesday, February 14, 2018. She was born
December 03, 1949 in Carroll County, Georgia, daughter to
the late Raymond C. L. McRae and Annie Mae Strickland
McRae.

She worked for Sony Music for more than 18 years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her
husband, David Wayne Mashburn; sister, Lois Falkner; a
brother, Raymond B. McRae; and nephew, Roger Abbott.

She is survived by three sisters, Reba Langley of Temple,
Virginia Brewer of Franklin, and Marie McRae of
Carrollton; and several nieces and nephews, three of whom
she raised as if they were her own children, Roger Abbott
who preceded her in death, Connie Parker, and Angie
Crews.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday,
February 17, 2018 at 3:00 PM from Martin & Hightower
Heritage Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins and Preacher
Stanley Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in Carroll
Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Keith Dean, Steven
Timms, Craig Morrow, Shawn Morrow, William Crews, and
Brian Reyher. The family will receive friends at the funeral
home Friday, February 16, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00
PM.
