Wayne “Jerome” Driver, age 47 of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on January 22, 2020. He was born June 26, 1972 in Carrollton, Georgia, the son of Mrs. Velive Driver Noles and Mr. Jerry Jerome Driver. He was employed with Royal Metals and was Baptist by faith. Jerome enjoyed fishing, wood working, and being outside.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Diann Hall of St. Petersburg, Florida; aunts: Louise Jackson, Blanch Bailey, and Debra Williford; and a number of nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 3:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Gary Harris and Rev. Keith Runels officiating. Interment will follow in West Georgia Memorial Park.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Joey Turner, Ronnie Muse, Michael Drive, Sherman Williford, Alonzo Harris, and Kevin Marshall.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
