The Carrollton Center for the Arts will welcome Wilson Fairchild, heirs to a country music legacy, November 4 at 7:30pm.

Wil and Langdon Reid are the sons of Statler Brothers Harold and Don Reid.

“In the south, we are famous for creating great country music stars,” said Carrollton Center for the Arts Manager Tim Chapman. “The Statler Brothers, who were from Virginia, were in the country music charts’ top ten multiple times. Now, their descendants are carrying on the tradition of classic country music as well as performing original songs that will satisfy any country fan.”

The cousins employ outstanding harmony, inherited from their fathers, and are prolific songwriters, including writing their tribute to their fathers’ group, The Statler Brothers Song. The duo has also been the opening act for the late, legendary George Jones.

This concert is sponsored by Dr. Howard and Jana Seeman and Zach and Kelly Steed.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for youth (12 and under) and can be purchased online at carrolltonarts.com, by phone at 770-838-1083 or at the center’s box office at 251 Alabama Street.
