Hazel Bennett Chandler, age 79 of Carrollton, passed away June 25, 2018. She was born April 21, 1939 in Fulton County, Georgia, daughter of the late Albert Bennett and Nora Crawford Bennett.

She worked in the textile industry and was Baptist by faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant son and infant daughter.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Chandler of Carrollton; daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Michael Kendrick of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, James Buddy and Linda Chandler of Carrollton; two brothers, Fred Bennett and Edward Bennett; six grandchildren, Kevin and Kristen Chandler, Karen and Stoney Cheeks, Christopher and Christy Kendrick, Anthony Kendrick, Brett Kendrick, and Daniel and Kristen Kendrick; and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 2:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Cecil Davis and Rev. Tim Roberts officiating.

Interment will follow in Carrollton City Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Christopher Kendrick, Anthony Kendrick, Brett Kendrick, Daniel Kendrick, Kevin Chandler and Jake Roberts.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
