Mr. Jerry P. Harper, Sr. age, 76 of Carrollton went home on November 26, 2018.

He was born in Huntsville, Alabama on November 6, 1942, the son of the late Andrew Patrick Harper and Thelma Rachael Moon Harper. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1963. He owned and operated Harper Irrigation and was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Marie Maxwell Harper; daughter and son-in-law, Audrey and Travis Gulledge; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Debi Harper, Jr.; grandsons, Tony Gulledge, Zak Harper and Mitch Harper. He was preceded in death by his parents.

In accordance with his wishes his body was cremated. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
