Qualifying for the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners opened Wed., April 24th with four candidates, each paying the $2725 qualifying fee. Qualifying continues Thursday, April 25, 2019 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and concludes Friday, April 26, 2019 8:00 am- 12:00 noon

Qualifying for Carroll County Commission District seats 4 and 5 will be held May 8 and 9, 2019 8:00 – 5:00  and May 10, 2019 8:00 – 12:00

Special Election will be held June 18, 2019 at all Precincts 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Early voting will be Monday- Friday, 8:00 – 5:00,  May 28- June 14, 2019 in the Elections Office

General Early Voting Information:

Any registered voter who is eligible to vote in a Carroll County election may vote early in person
 21 days before an election.  At the early voting office, voters are required to fill out an application
 and provide one of the permitted forms of Photo ID.  You will then be issued a ballot that you
 must cast while you are at the office.  If you choose to vote early you cannot cast another ballot
 at your precinct on Election Day.  The last day to vote early is the Friday before Election Day.
