Cecil Leslie Gossett, age 63 of Whitesburg, passed away May 21, 2019. He was born January 29, 1956 in Fulton County, Georgia, son of the late Leslie Gossett and Evie Lou South Gossett.
He was an automobile glass installer with East Point Glass for more than 25 years.
He is survived by his sisters, Rose Sampson of Bonifay, FL, Fay and Tim Harbuck of Marshallville, GA, and Cindy and Lynn E. Higginbotham of Whitesburg; brother, Richard and Inez Gossett of Woodbury, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 4:00 PM from Grace Baptist Church with Dr. William Thompson and Mr. Lynn Higginbotham officiating.
Interment will follow in Whitesburg City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 PM until the hour of service.
