Dorothy H. Smith, age 83 of Winston, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019. 

She was born July 6, 1935 in Lowndesville, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Wiley Frank Harvey, Sr. and the late Blanche Harvey Cooley. 

Survivors include her husband, James Smith, and three sons: James Smith, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, Stanley Smith of New Zealand, and Richard Smith of Winston, Georgia. 

In keeping with the family’s wishes, the body will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
