Rosie Lee “Rose” Cole King, age 68 of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. She was born October 4, 1950 in Worth County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Richard Ross Cole and the late Sara Lou Swanger Cole.

She was a homemaker and was employed for many years with Hardee’s. She enjoyed sewing and quilting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Willie Mae Virginia Cole King; a brother, William Ross Cole; and a stepson, Ronald “Ronnie” King.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Stanley King, Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth “Beth” and Jeff Mobley of Villa Rica, Georgia; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas “Tommy” and Jennifer King of Rockmart, Georgia; sisters: Cathleen Cole Fountain of Whitesburg, Georgia, Mary Anne Cole Lyons of IL, and Linda Cole Garahan of PA; brother and sister-in-law, Lewis and Debra Cole of Newnan, Georgia; several nieces and nephews; and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.

In keeping with her wishes, the body will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activities Center, Pine Knoll Nursing and Rehab, 156 Pine Knoll Drive, Carrollton, Georgia 30177.
