Roy “Wayne” Baldy, 74 of Tallapoosa passed away on June 6, 2020.

Mr. Baldy was born on January 25, 1946 in Birmingham, AL the son of the late Roy Washington Baldy and Mildred Irene Whorton Baldy.

He was a Member of Goshen Baptist Church, a retired mail carrier with USPS and a Veteran of The United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ellen Adkins Baldy of Tallapoosa; a daughter, Sherry Peterson of Temple; step-son, Glenn Price of Acworth; two sisters, Jane Hembree and Mary Helen Baldy both of Carrollton; a brother, Gary Baldy of Carrollton; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Roy WAYNE Baldy, please visit our Tribute Store.
