The world is changing, and the way businesses engage with employees must change with it.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re facing a new kind of threat — one with long-term effects that will test the resilience of employees and employers like no other.
In this uncertain future, business leaders are wondering, “How will I keep my employees healthy and be ready to deliver exceptional customer service when there is a risk of infection in every interaction?”
Tanner Health System’s Get Healthy, Live Well, in partnership with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, is hosting an event to answer those questions and provide insight on how businesses can remain strong even during times of crisis.
“Navigating the Post-COVID Workplace Symposium for Business Leaders” will be held Thursday, Sept. 9, from noon to 4:30 p.m. in Classroom 2 at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton.
A panel of experts and speakers will discuss vaccinations, how to keep the workplace safe, help employees deal with the challenges they face at work and home, and more.
Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees, and registration is required. A webinar option will also be offered for those who prefer social distancing. The webinar link will be emailed to registrants the day before the event.
Business owners, executives, managers and supervisors can register at www.tanner.org/symposium or email gethealthy@tanner.org with questions.
