Khia Ann Thomas passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021.
Khia was born on April 9, 1975 in Carrollton, GA the daughter of Virginia Cook Webb and the late James Reese Webb. She was a paraprofessional and substitute teacher for the Mount Zion School District and a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Jeff Thomas; daughter, Kaleigh Webb; mother, Virginia Cook Webb; sister, Tammy (Steve) Leigh Jiles; niece, Jenny (Masen) Jiles; nephew, Jay (Leah) Jiles; great nephews, Cameron and Jordan; great niece, Jillian and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rickey and Debbie Thomas. Besides her father she was preceded in death by her brother, Jeffery Scott Webb.
The family will receive friends at Almon Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Bowman officiating.
Due to Covid-19 the family asks that those in attendance please wear a mask.
Pallbearers will be Carson Sewell, Cameron Grance, Masen McIntyre, Clayton Little, and Keith Harris. Honorary pallbearers will be Kele Sewell and David Shadix.
Interment will be in Old Camp United Methodist Church Cemetery.
