Helping the Pilot Club with its message and challenge to the community to show others Care and Kindness, during a special week-long and month-long emphasis, Michelle Morgan, Chairman of the Carroll County Board of Commissioners, presented a Proclamation to Club President, Deborah Wilson and a group of local Pilot Club members.

The Pilot Club of Carrollton is joining Pilot Clubs across Pilot International to celebrate and promote International Care and Kindness Week in Carroll County during the week of Nov. 7-13 and encompassing the entire month of November. The celebration was established by Pilot International to encourage others to intentionally do kind acts for others. These can be speaking, writing, and showing kindnesses in multiple ways. Reaching out to others with smiles and assistance during this local month-long celebration is the local club’s focus and vision for the citizens of Carroll County.

It is the hope of the Pilot Club and Board of Commissioners that Carroll County citizens extend Care and Kindness to others every week during the year.

The Pilot Club strives to “Do More, Care More, and Be More” in service to the community and in reaching out to those in need. The Pilot Club of Carrollton was established in 1945, following the founding of Pilot International in Macon, GA in 1921.
