From Nina Simone and Dolly Parton to Aretha Franklin and Lady Gaga, BUICEntennial Productions’ She’s A Rebel celebrates some of the greatest female singers and songwriters of all time, April 22, at the Carrollton Center for the Arts.
With a female-led creative team, cast and 14-member band, this performance weaves together stories of the music industry and the struggles and challenges female artists face.
“This show is also perfect for a girls night out,” said Arts Superintendent Tim Chapman. “This is the second performance that we have booked by BUICEntennial Productions. They are a local company owned and operated by Taylor Buice.”
There will be a ticket holder reception prior to the performance, sponsored by GoPrintPlus.
Tickets are $18 for adults and $10 for those 12 and younger and are available online at carrolltonarts.com, by phone at 770-838-1083 and at the center’s box office at 251 Alabama Street in Carrollton.
