Brandy Nicole Vines-Parks, 43, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away suddenly on Monday March 4th, 2024 after a cardiac arrest event. Brandy was born on July 13, 1979 to Debbie Loveless and Barry Vines in Carrollton, Georgia.
After Brandy graduated from Cedartown and Central High School in 1997, she went on to work as a veterinary technician. In 2009 Brandy met Walter Dennis Parks II. Brandy and Walt went on to have two children, Sarrah Adelyn and Walter Dennis III and became bonus mom to Kadasia Brielle Thrash and Alayna Nannette Parks. Brandy and Walt got engaged on July 13th, 2013, and considered themselves to be married. Brandy spent her time with her family and had a strong love for animals. She was a great friend to many and never met a stranger. She gave all of her love and dedication to her family.
Brandy was preceded in death by Ralph Edwin Loveless, Betty and Frank Vines, Joseph Felix Parks, Walter Dennis Parks Sr, and Mary Helen Parks.
She is survived by her spouse Walter Dennis Parks II, her two children, Sarrah Adelyn and Walt III, grandmother Thelma Eloise Loveless, mother, Debra Ellen Duganier, uncles Michael Alan, Robert Nathan, and Darrell Lester Loveless, aunts Belinda Patrick, Marilyn Sprayberry, siblings Mark Quinton Swafford, Michael Dustin Swafford, Gabrielle Ann Blue, Samantha Ann Franks, Cousin Megan Alicia Loveless, and so many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Martin & Hightower Care Center on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
The Martin and Hightower Care Center is located at 108 Central High Road, Carrollton, GA 30117.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to help with these unexpected costs and expenses that will arise for the family.
