It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia Russell at the age of 95 on December 4, 2024. She left this world peacefully, surrounded by the love of her daughter. Pat was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, and moved to the Carrollton area 21 years ago, where she spent the last decade of her life at Carrollton Manor. Her warmth and spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Russell Sr., and her youngest son, Charles M. Davidson.
Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Pat Kalinauskas (Vincent) of Manchester, CT, Ed Davidson (Sharon) of Cleveland, GA, and Linda (Ken) Bittner of Temple, GA; grandchildren, Angela Lent, Amy McCarthy, Curtis Davidson, Holley Kemp, Heather Rainey, Ryan Shepard, and Michelle Cruz; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Pat will be laid to rest at her beloved home in Connecticut, a place she held dear.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 442, Rockmart, GA 30153, in Pat’s memory.
