The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) announced today that Peach Pass customers can now access the new and improved Peach Pass website and Peach Pass GO!mobile app. The upgraded Peach Pass experience begins with digital tools, modernized functions, and simpler account management.

“SRTA’s new systems make it easier than ever for customers to access their Peach Pass information and drive in Georgia’s Express Lanes,” said Jannine Miller, Executive Director at SRTA. “These upgrades reflect our commitment to innovation and putting our customers first in everything we do.”

Key mobile app features include:

  • Intuitive Peach Pass account management
    • Enhanced chat and support features
    • Easy-to-use payment and violation management solutions
    • Automated verification of qualified Alternative Fuel Vehicles and motorcycle vehicles with a simpler registration process
    • Enabling customers to opt in to use their phone’s biometric login features, such as Apple’s FaceID

Peach Pass will continue to make enhancements to the new Peach Pass GO! mobile app over time. The new website will offer many of the same improved functions as the new app in a mobile-device-friendly format.

Here is some important information for customers to know:

  • The new, upgraded Peach Pass Go! mobile app is a full mobile app replacement and not an upgrade to the existing Peach Pass Go! 2.0 mobile app. Customers must download the new Peach Pass Go! mobile app to manage their account on the go!
  • The new Peach Pass Go! mobile app under our upgraded system offers account services only. Peach Pass Customers who carpool along the I-85 and I-85 Extension Express Lanes should download the new Peach Pass Verify mobile app from the Apple and/or Google Play stores to claim free toll carpool benefits.
  • A link to the map of real-time toll rates can be found on the Peach Pass Go! mobile app Help & Support section of the menu at the top right of the screen.

Now that the new system is available, customers can expect billing notifications to resume and invoices to include charges from the preceding billing period(s). Posting of toll transactions to Peach Pass accounts may be delayed for an additional one to two weeks. Toll violation notices will also resume and toll violations that occurred between Sept. 1, 2024, and Jan. 30, 2025, will begin being processed in February. Payment instructions for violation notices will include a special Pay Tolls Only time sensitive offer waiving violation fees incurred during the maintenance period. As a reminder, the new Peach Pass Go! mobile app will be used for account services only and will no longer offer the non-toll-mode declaration option for carpoolers on the I-85 Express Lanes. The new Peach Pass Verify mobile app is currently available in Apple App and Google Play stores and customers can begin using this new, convenient way to ride toll-free on the I-85 Express Lanes for vehicles with three or more passengers. Peach Pass Verify does not apply to Peach Pass customers with registered Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs) or motorcycles, which require a different method to qualify to ride toll-free in the I-85 and I-85 Extension Express Lanes.
