“Charles” Franklin Echols, age 70 of Carrollton, passed away September 10, 2019.
The family will receive friends at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, his body will be cremated and no service scheduled at this time.
