The Chamber and it’s Agribusiness Council are excited to invite you to our Spring Farm Tour on Friday, May 8, a special opportunity to experience firsthand what’s growing in Carroll County.
From 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., guests will visit three incredible local destinations, meet the people behind them, and learn more about the passion, creativity, and hard work that continue to shape our agricultural community.
Tour Stops Include:
Tyus Mercantile and Glore Farms
Tyus Mercantile opened in December 2021 as a storefront for Glore Farms, offering grass-fed, grass-finished beef raised right here in Carroll County. Glore Farms is a 320-acre farm established in 2016 and reflects a deep commitment to local agriculture and quality products.
Soulflower Gardens
Soulflower Gardens is a small flower farm in Carrollton, Georgia, created from Tracy’s love of gardening and growing seasonal cut flowers. With beautiful blooms, welcoming spaces, and garden-centered experiences, Soulflower Gardens offers a charming and inspiring stop along the tour. If you attended our Farm-City Harvest Dinner last fall, you saw their beautiful floral arrangements throughout the venue!
Key Farms
Key Farms is part of a growing, family-led agricultural operation rooted in quality, care, and community. From cattle and fresh local products to seasonal farm experiences, Key Farms continues to create meaningful ways for people to connect with local agriculture. It’s strawberry season!
