Richard “Rick” Kim Simpson, age 66 of Carrollton, Georgia died Saturday, February 10, 2018.
Mr. Simpson was born in Washington D.C., on January 26, 1952, the son of Charles Richard Simpson and the late Elsie Luella Darnell Simpson. He was a software engineer with Home Depot and attended Roopville Road Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father, Charles Richard Simpson; daughters and son-in-law, Nicole and Jimmy Ammons of Dallas, Georgia, Rebecca Simpson of Plattsmouth, Nebraska; sons and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Kelly Simpson of Marietta, Georgia, Samuel Simpson of Lincoln, Nebraska; grandchildren, Ryleigh Ammons, Jackson Ammons, Brady Simpson, Ansley Simpson; brother and sister-in-law, David and Debbie Simpson of Morgantown, West Virginia, special friend and companion, Angela Camp of Carrollton and several nieces and nephews.
A private family burial will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Roopville Road Baptist Church, 835 N. Hwy 27, Roopville, GA 30170 or the American Cancer Society.
