Mrs. Sandra Faye Hanks, age 75 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018.

Mrs. Hanks was born in Marianna, Florida on September 12, 1942. She was the daughter of William Henry Banks and Ruby Basford Banks. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include son, Ricky Tipton of Blountstown, Florida; and daughters, Kathy Chapman of Blountstown, Florida, Carla Noles of Carrollton, Georgia and Sandra Schmidt of Atlanta, Georgia; 2 brothers, Hinton Banks of Grand Ridge, Florida and Clinton Banks of Pennsylvania; 5 sisters, Lorine, Hazel, Jeanette and Ruby Jean and Diane; 5 grandchildren, Nicholas Tipton, Kelley Baggett, Nichole Tipton, Kayla Darnell and Michael Noles; and 7 great grandchildren, Kayson, Garrett, Grayson, Tanner, Wyatt, Jaxton, Kaide. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hanks; 3 brothers, William Earl Banks, James Earl Banks, and Ralph Banks and 1 sister, Linda Ruth Smitherman.

Due to her wishes her body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
