Sibyl Taylor Vincent, age 88, of Newnan , GA passed away Friday, August 31, 2018.

Mrs. Vincent was born on November 25, 1929 in Douglasville, GA the daughter of the late Cluster and Katherine L. Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of Consolation Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Melvin Perry of Carrollton, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, Donald Vincent of Eatonton, GA, Bobby Vincent of Covington, GA, Frank and Pat Vincent of Franklin, GA; daughter, Jennifer Dean of Lagrange, GA; daughter-in-law, Doris Vincent of Buchanan, GA; 109 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and a number of friends.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Eugene Vincent, son, Larry Vincent, brothers, Roy and Junior Taylor and a sister, Opal Golden.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday at Almon Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Consolation Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Powers officiating. Her body will lie in state at the church for 30 minutes prior to the service hour.

Pallbearers will be Eric Vincent, Charles Perry, Robert Dean, Ricky Vincent, Anthony Armstrong, Clint Collins and Jerry Lowe. Honorary pallbearers will be T.J. Webb and Chuckie Perry.

Interment will be in the Consolation Baptist Church Cemetery.
